Lubbock, Texas, Dec. 12, 1932.
The City Commission of the City of Lubbock, Texasq, met at
9 A.M. in Recessed Regular Session, Recessed from Regular
Meeting of Dec. 8, 19329 at the Regular Meeting Place in
the City Fall, the following members thereof being present, to-
witt
Mayor J.J. Clements, Commissioners Jno. E.Roach, Geo. E.
Benson, J.F. Bacon, J.C. Royalty, City Manager W.H. Rodgers and
City Secretary J.L. Holt.
Absentt None.
Motion by Mr. Bacon, seconded by Mr. Roach, carried unanimous-
ly, Ordinance No. 502 passed Second Reading.
ORDINANCE NO. 502.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF LUBBOCK:
An ordinance granting a franchise and certain privileges to
John W. Moore Construction Company, with his principal
office in the City of Lubbock, Lubbock County, 'Texas, and
establishing rules and regulations for the use of natural
gas for light, heat and power, and establishing a maximum
limit for price to be charged for such gas.
No further business coming up for consideration, upon motion
by Mr. Roach, seconded by Mr. Royalty, carried unanimously,
the City Commission adjourned.
