The City Commission of the City of Lubbock, Texas, met at 1:30 P.141. in Regular Session at the Regular meeting Place in the City Hail, the following members thereof being present, to -wit: Mayor J.J. Clements, Commissioners J.C. Royalty, Jno. E.Roach, City Attorney E.L. Klett, City Manager 1I.H. Rodgers and City Secretary J.L. Holt. Absent: Commissioners Geo. E.Benson, and J.F. Bacon. The Minutes of Regular Meeting of September 22nd and Recessed Regular Meetings of September 29th, October 3rd, October Sth, 8:30 A.1��'I. , and October 8th at 5: 00 P.M., 1932, 7rere read and upon motion by 11r. Roach, seconded by Mr. Royalty, they ,7ere unanimously approved. 1'he Minutes of Accounts allovved f rom Cdarrant 799 to Tarrant No. 81239 both inclusive, were read and upon Motion by Mr. Roach, seconded by Tyr. Royalty, they were unanimously approved and ordered signed by the Mayor and City Secretary. Moved by Royalty, seconded by Roach, unanimously carried, th-t the resolution heretofore passed by the City Co?frlission on September 22, 1932, waiving penalty, interest and cost on all ad -valorem tares then delinquent if paid on -r before December 31st, 1932, be so amended_ as to cover penalty, interest and co.--t on all delinquent taxes paid from September loth, 1932, (the date the state lavi became effective) to and including December 31, 1932, and th`�t if any penalty, interest and cost on such delinquent ad -valorem taxes have been here- tofore paid on or since said September 109 1932, such penalty, interest and cost shall be refunded to the tax payer. Motion b.- Mr. Roa::h, seconded by Mr. Royalty, carried unanimous- ly,, Mayor Clements appointed 11r. Roach, T1Tr. Royalty and Mr. I as a Committee on the Se�,rer Farm Contract with authority to act. No further business coming up for consideration, upon motion by Mr. Roach, seconded by I�Ir. Royalty, carried unanimously, the City Commission adjourned.
