Lubbock, Texas, June 9, 1932.
The City uommissinn of the City of Lubbock, 'Texas, met at 1:30
P.M. in Regular session at the Regular Meeting Place in the City
Hall, the following members thereof being present, to -wit :
Mayor J.J.Clerients, Commissioners J.C.Royalty, J.F.Bacon, Geo.
E. Benson, City Attorney E.L. K1ett, City Manager W.H.Rodgers
and City Secretary J.L. Holt.
Absent: Commissioner Jno. E. Roach.
The Minutes of the Regular Meeting of May 26th and Recessed
Regular Meeting of May 27th and June 4, 1932, were read and upon
motion by Mr. Benson, seconded by Mr. Royalty, they were unani-
mously approved.
Upon motion by Mr. Royalty, seconded by Mr. Benson, the bond of
C. Breedlove was unanimously approved and ordered filed.
Motion by Mr. Royalty, seconded b-r Mr. Bacon, carried unanimous,
City Manager V.H. flodgers was instructed to purchase four (4)
Pickup cars and three (3) trucks on the best bid, Mr. Benson being
out of the room and not voting.
No further business coming up for consideration, upon motion by
Mr. Bacon, seconded by Mr. Royalty, carried unanimously, the Oily
Commission Recessed to meet June 20, 1932, at 1:30 P.M.
