That it is the intention of the City Commission
of the City of Lubbock, Texas, to pass an ordinance on the
26th day of Yay, 1932, or so soon there=j.fter as or-
di:ance can be finally passed, for the purpose of submit-
ting to the nua ified voters of said City amendments to
the existing Charter tand c=filling an election for th.gt pur-
pos e.
SECTION 11
Th?.t the Yiayor is authorized and instructed to cq-use
a, substantial cony of this resolution to be rublished
in the official na !spaper in the City of Lubbock, nd same,
,.:hen so published, is to be ?-ue notice of all said mnttero.
SECTION Ill
Such notice shall be rublished for ten days and the
first of such public. ti ons shall be r_-Iade as rauch a s
