The City Commission of the City of Lubbock, 'Texas, met at
1:30 P.M. in Regul-.r Session at the Regular Meeting Place in
the City Hall, the followi-g members thereof being present,
to -tit:
Mayor J.J. Clements, Commissioners D.N. Leaverton, Uity
Manager ',T.H. Rodgers and City Secretary J. L. Holt.
Absent: Commissioners J.F. Bacon, Jno. E. Roach and Ueo.
E. Benson.
blotion by Mr. Leaverton, seconded by Mr. Clements, carried
unanimously, the City Commission Recessed, for lack of a
ouorum, to meet at 4 POL. March 25, 1932.
