Mayor J .J. elements, commissioners ino. E.Roach, Geo. E. Benson,
City Attorney E.L. Klett, City 1,ngineer i.,.R. Smith, "-cting
City Tanager '.N. xodgers and Acting City Secretary J .L. Polt.
Absent: D.N. Leaverton and Jno. F. Bacon.
'i'he following members of the oity Planning C:oimission were also
present:
Bacon, J.L. Bryan, -TT.!,'. rcoberts, r<.i. meters, Dr. i,'red
L;tandefer, Chas A. Guy.
This meeting was called for the purpose of discussing with the
City r'lannin; Commission the advisability f going^ aheaO. at this
time with City Planning. The matter was discussed at len{*th
but no action taken.
P:lotion by I.:r. Eenson, seconded by li-r. iioach, carried unanimously,
G.P. Kuykendall and B.' Lherrod, were aproointed to fill vacancy onthe
City Planning Commission.
No further business coming up for consideration, upon motion by
LTr. Roach, seconded by Llr. Benson, carried unanimously, the "ity
commission adjourned.
