Lubbock, Texas, November 30, 1931.
The City Gommission of the City of Lubbock, 'Texas, met at 7
P.M. in Recessed Ref;.,lar-es,sion, Recessed from Regular T,feet-
ing of November 12, 1931, at the Regular Moetin- Place in the
City Hall, the folloirring members thereof being; present, to -wit:
Mayor J.J.Clements, Confrnissioncrs D.N. Leaverton, J.F. Bacon,
Jno. E. Roach, City Attorney E.L. Ylett, City Manager 'J.H.
Rodgers and City Secretary J.L. Holt.
Absent: Commissioner Geo. E. Benson.
Mr. H.D. roods and H.L. Allen were present as representatives
of the 'Texas Utilities Company.
This meeting was called for the purpose of discussing the
probability of the 'Texas Utilities Uompany selli.np the City
of Lu} bock electricity for Prater pumping and street lighting,
but no action was taken.
No further business coming up for consideration, upon motion
by : r. Leaverton, seconded by Lr. Bacon, carried unanimously,
the City Commission xecessed to meet llecenber 1, 1931, at 1 P.n.
