Lubbock, Texas, "March 24, 1931.
The city dommission of the amity of iubbock, Texas, met at
1:30 P.M. in Recessed Regular zession, recessed from negular
Meeting of March 12, 1931, at the Regular Rbeting Place in the
City Ball, the following members thereof being present, to -wit:
Mayor J.J. elements, Commissioners Jno. L. Roach, eo. Benson
and City Lecretary W.H. Dodgers.
Ab6ent; CommissAor.era D.N. Leaverton any. Z F. Bacon.
The Minutes of accounts allowed from Warrant # 4948 to 77arrant
No. 5377, both Inclusive, were read and upon motion by Mr.
Benson, seconded by Mr. poach, they were unanimously approved
and ordered signed by the Elayor and City Secretary.
Motion by Mr. Roach, seconded by Ilr. Benson, it eras ordered
to adopt the following water rate for irrigation purposes
being effective April 1, 1931 to October 1, 1931.
For the first 7,000 gallons P 2180
All over 7,000 gallons at 151 per 1,000
carrying; the Regular 10% discount if paid
within 10 days after bill is rendered.
No further business coming up for consideration, upon motion
by I,Ir. Roach, seconded by Hr. Benson, carried unanimously,
the City Commission adjourned.
