Lubbock, Texas, February 27, 1931.
-'he City Commission of the City of Lubbock, Texas, met at 4:30
P.M. in Recessed Regular Session, recessed from Regular Fleeting of
February 26, 1931, at the Regular Meeting Place in the City Hall,
the following members thereof being present, to -wit:
Mayor J.J. Clements, Commissioners J.F. ,Bacon, D.N. Leaverton,
Jno. E. Roach, Geo. L. Benson, City Manager J. Bryan I. -Tiller and
City Secretary Vi.H. Rodgers.
Absent: None.
Upon motion by Air. Roach, seconded by Mr. Benson, to accept
Resignation of J. Bryan Miller, as City Manager, and amended to
take effect sixty (60) days from date, Commissioners Benson and
Roach voting Aye, and Uommissioners Leaverton and Bacon voting
No, Mayor Clements voting No, motion rejected.
No further business coming up for consideration, upon motion by
Mr. Bacon, seconded by MIr. Leaverton, carried unanimously, the
City Commission adjourned.
