Lubbock, Texas, September 26, 1930.
The City Commission of the City of Lubbock, Texas, met at 10 A.M.
in Recessed Regular Session, Recessed from Regular h-eeting of
September 25, 1930, at the Municipal Airport, the following
members thereof being present, to -grit:
Mayor J.J. Clements, Commi--sioners Geo, E. Renson, Jno, E. 11oach,
and City Manager J. Bryan Hiller.
Absent: Commissioners D.N. Leaverton, and Jno. F. Bacon.
Motion by Mr. Benson, seconded by bir. Roach, carried unanimously,
it was ordered that the Air-)ort i3uilding be ap,)roved subject to
extra items on plumbing and beacon tower. It was also ordered to
pay j'i.G. McMillan, contractor, balance due on contract and the
Butler Company, Architects, fee of 5% in the amount of T-1,188.31.
No further business coming up for consideration, upon motion by Kr.
Benson, seconded by Mr. Roach, the City Commission recessed to meet
September 29, 1930, at 7:30, P.M.
