The amity Commission of the 'ity of Lubbock, Texas, met at 10
in Recessed Regular Session, recessed from Regular T::eeting of
October 23, 1930, in the Regular I eeting Mace at the City Hall,
the following members thereof being ,)resent, to -wit:
Mayor J.J. O1ertients, Commissioners D.E. Leavert on, J.F. Bacon,
Geo. E. Benson, Jno. Zi. Roach, City httorney L.L. K_lett, City
Manager J. Bryan --filler and City becretary 41.H. hodgers.
Absent: None.
Motion b : Air. Bacon, , seconded by 1�r. Lenson, the following
Resolution carried unanimously.

Moved by Bacon, seconded by Benson, duly carried by a
unanimous vote of the city Uoimnission, all members voting
in the affirmative, thst the rental contract dated October
21 1930, vrherein the City of Lubbock leased to the Texas
ComjDany a specified cart of the municipal iaroort .for a
p,:riod of five years for the sale of gas, be, and the same
is hereby, ratified and confirmed.
