'he City Commission of the City of Lubbock, Texas, met at 4 P.P.R.
.n Recessed Regular Session, recessed from Regular Meeting of,
,pril 10, 1930, at the Regular Meeting Place in the City Hall,
:he following members thereof being present, to -wit:
layor J.J. Clements, Commissioners J.F. Bacon, Jno. E. Roach,
,eo. E. Benson, City Manager G.W.McCleary, City Attorney E.L.
'lett, and City Secretary W.H. Rodgers.
.bsent: Commissioner D.N. Leaverton.
lotion by Mr. Benson, seconded by Mr. Roach, City Secretary W.H.
Lodgers was instructed to issue Warrant in favor of Nora C. Wallace
,n the amount of $3.25 to refund tax on Lot 8, Block 20, Crestlawn
.ddition, account duplicate payment.
lotion by Mr. Benson, seconded by Mr. Roach, carried unanimously,
�it y Tax Collector R.A.Holland was instructed to adjust taxable,
,clues on Lots 13 and 14 in Block 2, Dupree Addition for years 1926
end 1927, account error in valuations.
