Lubbock, Texas, April 16, 1930.
The City Commission of the pity of Lubbock, Texas, met at 9:45 A.M.
in Recessed Regular Session, recessed from ReE�lar Meeting of April
109 1930, in the Regular Meeting Place at the ity Hall, the follow-
ing members thereof being present, to -wit:
Mayor J.J. Clements, Commissioners J.F. Bacon, Geo, E. Benson, Jno. E.
Roach, City Attorney E.L. Klett and �'ity Adanager G.W. McCleary, and
Secretary W.H. Rodgers,
Absent: Commissioner D.N. Leaverton.
Motion by Mr. Benson, seconded by Mr. Roach, carried unanimously,
it was ordered to approve Fort Worth & Denver pipe line License
for crossing of 6" pipe line on 32nd Street.
No further business coming up for consideration, upon motion by
Mr. Bacon, seconded by Mr. Roach, the City Commission recessed to
meet April 21, 1930, at 4 P.M.
