Lubbock, Texas, September 24., 1929.
the City Commission of the City of Lubbock, Tex,-s, met at 2 r.M.
in =recessed Regular cession, recessed from regular Ideeting of
September 12, 19299 at the '_regular Fleeting glace in the City Hall,
the following members thereof being present, to -wit:
Mayor Pro-tem J.H. Hankins, Commissioners J.r. Bacon and -�.N.
Leaverton, Lity Attorney L.L. Ylett, City I6iranager Lc Cleary
and secret&xy -4.H. Hodgers.

opened.

H.H. Shell and 'on's bid being the lowest and most advantageous
to the �, i ty and upon motion by :=_r. yeaverton , seconded by "'Ir.
-bacon, the, Contract was awarded to H.H. shell and Son for the sum
of -�13t322.00, this based on Alternate Fro. 1, carrying Concrete
roof for building. elt the same time the pity attorney was in-
structed to draw up contract to be entered into between city
and h.h. jhell and ion, Contractors.

Mr. Leaverton, sedonded by LIr. bacon, car:--•ied unanimously the
City '�ommissi on adjourned.
