The City Uommisaion of the pity of Lubbock, texas, met at 4 r.M.

11, 1929, in the regular 11leeting glace in the pity Hall, the follow-
ing members thereof being present, to-vait:
Mayor H.D. Moods, Commissioners b. V. cleaver, J.2. Bacon, 1).11.
Leaverton, J.H. Hankins, City ,vi nager LcCl ary and secretary

Motion by 14r. Leaverton, seconded by Mr. Bacon, carried unanimously,
Mayor H.D. .foods and City Secretary 4._i. -odgers were; authorized
to advertize for the sale of -?40,000.00 average maturities of the
�75.000.00 issue of Municipal Airport Bonds as per the following
Notice to Bond 3uyers.

Bids are to be received b the city vommission of the City of
Lubuock, Texas, at the city ball at 1'30 '.ri. on the 15th day
of Auzu st, 1929, for the purchase of . 40,000.00 average
maturities of a M,000.00 issue of Municipal Air io-rt bonds
voted April 23, 11299 said bonds dated August 1, 1929, and
mature serially over a period of years not to exceed forty
(40) years from their date, and to bear interest at the rate of
5 per cent per annum, interest payable semi-annually.
