Lubbock, Texas, December 7, 1929.
l'he Uity Commission of the City of Lubbock, Texas, met at 4
in necessed :,ecyular Session, recessed from 1egular I'.eeting of
November 2.8, 1929 , in the regular meet' ng plane at the city Hall,
the following members thereof being present, to -wit:
Mayor H.D. 'foods, 'commissioners J.H. Hankins, and J.P. Bacrn, Gnd
City Secretary d.H. Rodgers.
Absent: Commissioners j).N. Leaver ton and A.V. Deaver, and City
Mirtnager a. 4. McCleary.
Motion by Mr. Hankins, seconded by 1"r. Bacon, carried unanimously,
it was ordered to construct 6" sewer line in Block 131, Original
Town, at a cost of -'80.801
Motion by Mr. Hankins, seconded by ter. Bacon, carried unanimously,
It was ordered to accept kidder's Bond in the amount of '3850.00
in lieu of cashier's Check in like amount -out up by Panhandle
Construction �ompeny in favor of the "ity of :jubbock on paving
contr�c t let November 29, 1929.
No further business coming up for consideration upon motion by
Mr. Hankins, seconded by ISr. Bacon, carried unanimously, the ::ity
Commission adjourned.
