ing members thereof being rresent, to-vrit:
mayor h.D. doods, commissioners A.V. Weuver, T.N. Leaverton, J.F.
Bacon, J.H. Hankins and City attorney _:.L. l:lett, pity tlanager
McCleary and Secretary I.H. Rodgers.
Inbsent: Commissioners L.V. a''e-ver and J.P. Bacon.
Ideeting called for the -urpose of signing contract with the Santa
Fe Railway Company in connecti._n with the construction of Ui-.derpass
under the Santa -.�e Railway ''racks on Tdorth Avenue H. ;Jhereupon
motion by Iar. Le�_verton, seconded by :.ir. Hankins, curried unanimously,
the Contract was ordered signed by the 11,11ayor and ity Commissioners
being attested by the Uity Secretary.
P.o further business c al". ing up for consideration, upon motion by
Mr. Hankins, seconded by L*,r. Leaverton, carried unanimously, the
City Commission hecessed to meet October 7, 1929, ut 2 P.M.
