the assessments levied against the rarcels of prorerty abutting upon
the said forth & mouth Alley in Block 134, C.T. and against the owners
of such prorerty in the manner rrovided in said contract, and the
proceeding's with reference to said improvements and assessments.
That the said bonds, together with the surety thereon, be .nd the
