The City Commission of the City of Lubbock, Texas, met at 2 1.11%
in recessed t ezvl&r cession, recessed from Regular ldeatin� of Arri 1
25th, 1929, in the Rep-ular meeting place in the City Hall, the
following members thereof being -present to -wit:
Uayor H.L..ioods, Commissioners A.V. leaver, J.N. Han'Kins, City
luanGger C.J. McCleary and 'Decretury I.H.-Rodgers.
Absent:
D. 1. Leaverton and J.2. Bacon.
Meeting called for the rurpose of discussing drilling water well
on .stand Lipe site on 19th aa,reet. Mr. L.G. Montgomery and
committee were present protesting the drilling of the water well on
this site. Alte_tdue discussion the City Commission decided to
let the matter rest for a while and drill tent well on Lot 69,
McCrummen aecond .Addition.
No further business coming up for consider&tion, upon motion by Tdr.
Hankins, seconded by 1.1r. ',`leaver, carried unanimously, the amity
Commission adjourned.
