completed and have been inspected and found to have been constructed
in aecordanc, with the terms of said contract; and,
WHEREAS, said Panhandle construction UomnanTY has this day fi led with
the Uity its bond for the 1,16ii:nterianc e and repair of such improvements
in accordance with raragraph xII of said contract, and such bonds,
tog -ether with the surety thereon, have been examined and arproved.
