The sity commission at Uity of Lubbock, Texas, met at 1:30 1;.M. in
regular session at the regular meeting place in the city Hall, the

to be presented to both bodies in the cominc- session of -uh: Legislature
re-juestin that they lave college Avenue, running north and youth on the
mast side of the Texas -Tech campus.
