The City Co-n_r,issinn of the pity of Lubbock, Texas, met at
P. ". in recess regular session, recessed from regular ses-
sion of December 13th, at the reg^alar meeting place in the

a hart hereof for farther detail and reference.

Texas, the said J. A. RIx and CHAS. F. O'NEAL hereby bargain,
sell, transfer and deliver to the City of Lubbock, Texas, all.
