the City Commission of the City of Lubbock, Texas, met in called
session at 4:00 P. I.I. at the regular meeting place in the City
Ida ll , the following members thereof being present, to wit:
Mayor H. D. Woods, Commissioners J. H. Hankins, J. r . Bacon,
City secretary W. H.=,od�ers.
Absent: Commi ssi one rs D. N. eavert on, A. V. Weaver, Sity Manager
C. uJ . McCleary.
Upon motion made by 1,1r. Hankins, seconded by I:1r. Bacon, carried
u:lanimously, it was ordered that the easement tax for the year
1928 for City Tax purposes be eliminated.
No further business coming up for consideration, upon motion made
by Mr. Bacon, seconded by Mr. HanLins, the meeting adjourned.
