Lubbock, Texas, June 25, 1928.
}he city Uommission of the city of Lubbock, Texas met at 10:30 A. m.
at the County, -Court house in session frith the County Commissionpr8l :the
following members thereof being present, to wit:
Mayor H. D. 'roods, Commissioners Bacon, Hankins, Leaverton, City
Manager G. W. McCleary and City Secretar V*d. H. Rodp7ers and city
Attorney 3. L. Klett.
Absent: Commissioners 7deaver.
Phis meeting was called for the purpose of discussing the proposition
of subways on ""ast Broadway end Avenue H.
It was agreed by the Commissioners Court that they would co-operate
with the City Commission in putting in both s, bways, the County to
pay one-half of the "ity's part on .:•ast Broadway and to iay one-third
of the � cost on hvenue H.
No further business coming up for consideration, upon motion ikade by
Mr. Hankins, seconded by I.ir. Bacon, the meeting adjourned.
