The City Commission of the City of Lubbock, Texas met at 7130 P. M.
at the regular meeting place in the City Hall in regular session,
recessed from May 24, 1928, the following members thereof being pres-
ent, t0 wit;
Mayor a. D. Woods, Commissioners J. F. Bacon, D. N. Leaverton, A. V.
Weaver and J. H. Hankins, City Attorney ::. L. Klebt, City Manager
G, W. i"cCleary and City Secretary W. H. Rodgers.
This meeting was called for the purpose of discussing the refunding
of $62.500.00 worth of 6% Warrants to, be refunded by The Brown-Crummer
Company for 4 4 o Bonds.
After due discussion, upon motion made by Mr. Leaverton, seconded by I� Mr. Bacon, carried unanimously, the City Commission went on record
to delay action on this matter until some future date.
No further business coming up for consideration, upon motion made by
Mr. Seaver, seconded by Mr. Leaverton, the meeting adjourned.
