the Board of Tax Equalization of the City of Lubbockr. Texas, met
at 3:00 P. M. in the City Hall in c omplianc a with Ordinance No. 413,
passed by the City Commission, the following members thereof being
present, to wit:
I, J. A. ?fix and ,V. A. Bacon
Absent: Joe Hess
Ur. Bacon was appointed Chairman of the Board.
No further business coming up for consideration, the meeting ad-
journed to meet at a future date.
