Lubbock, Texas, March 19, 1928.
The City Commission of the City of Lubbock, Texas met at 3:00 P. M.
in regular sesoion recessed from usarch 16, 1928, at the regular meet-
ing place in the City Hall, the zollowini z members thereof being
rresent, to wit:
Mayor Pro Tem A. V. Weaver , Commissioners J. H. Hankins, City Man-
ager G. 11. McCleary and City Secretary W. H. Rodgers.
Absent: Mayor Pink L. Parrish, Commissioners J. 0. Jones, and
aI. S. Posey.
This meeting was called for the purpose of receiving and opening bids
on the swimming pool.
The following bids were received and opened:

Panhandle Const. Co. 16,338.30
Owens & Clements 21,203.30
W. G, IdeLli llian 16.558. 85
For the want of a quorum no action was 1,aken and the matter was de-
ferred for the regular meeting March 22, 1926.
Upon motion made by Mr. Hankins, the meeting adjourned.
