RE.GULnR MEETING.
Lubbock,Texas, August 26, 1927.
The City Commission of the City of Lubbock, Texas met at 8:00 A. M. in
regular session recessed from August 25, 1927, the following members
there of being present, to wit:
Mayor Pink L. Parrish, Commissioners J. H. Hankins, A. V. Weaver, W. S.
Posey, and J. 0. Jones, City Manager W. H. Perkinson, and City Secre-
tary G. W. McCleary.
The Board of Equalization resumed its work immediately and was in ses-
sion until 6:00 P. M., except that an hour was taken off for lunch
from 12:00 to 1:00, and heard all that appeared before it regarding
the value of their property assessed for 1927 City taxes.
A 11 t of all that appeared before the Board of Equalization on August
25¢ 27, is on file with the City Tax Assessor and Collector,and his
rendition sheets show all changes made in valuations.
Upon motion made by Mr. Weaver, seconded by dr. Hankins. the City Com-
mission recessed until 8:30 A. M. Saturday, August 27, 1927.
