The City Commission of the City of Lubbock, Texas met at the regular
meeting place in the City Hall at 1:00. F. I:I. in regular session, the
following members thereof being present, to wit:
Mayor rinh' TJ. Parrish, Cormissioner J. H. Hankins, City manager VV. H.
Perkinson and City Secretary G. '4. EcCleary.
As there was not a quorum present, upon motion made by LIr. Hankins,
the City Commission recessed until 1:00 P.T,:. Frid&v, July 22, 1927.
