City Commission met in adjourned session with the following present: -
Mayor F.R. Yriend, Commissioners J.O. Jones, R.W. Blair, City Attorney
E.L. Klett, and A.B. Davis, City Manager.
Abeent:- George C. Wolffarth and 4.3. Posey.
A motion by Mr. Jones, seconded by Mr. Blair, carried unanimously
