City Commission met in regular session with the following; present:
Mayor, F. R. Friend, Commissioners, R. W. Blair, J. 0. Jones, A. B. Davis
City Manager ^nd E. L. Klett, City Attorney.
Minutes of meetings of Jan. 19th., 26th.. ^nd Feb. 4th. were read and after
correcting the following, the motion was a -,,.,roved by unanimous vote.
Correction Page 470 Paragrayoh 2 : "By motion made by Mr. Posey and seconded by
I:s. Blair the City T:ianager is to hire supervisor of Public Utilities of City
of Lubbock at salary of ,P'350.00 per month. Said motion passed by unanimous vote.
Should read as follows:
By motion made by 11r. Posey and seconded by Yr. Blair City Manager is to hire
Supervisor of Public Utilities of City of Lubbock at a salary not to exceed
�350.00 per month. Said motion passed by .unanimous vote.
By motion made by 11r. Blair and seconded b�T T,Tr. Jones City Manager was aui-horized
to reduce the amount of insu_ra,nce carried by the City and"divide it among the
insurances insrances agencies as he thoiL-ht best for the benefit of the City of
Lubbock, and that -all City insurance be carried under the same schedule. Said
motion passed bar unaimous vote.
By motion made by Kv. Jones and seconded by Mr. amount of bills pai

By motion made by Mr. Blair and seconded by Ur. Jones the Secretary was
v authorized to not pay Hawley &- Roberts any further fees for engineering
services for City of Lubbock. Said motion passed by unanimous vote.
The account filed by Chas. F. O'I1eal in amount of $1502.29 for water line
put in by him at Ellwood Place was passed for further information.
There being no further business the meeting ,, djourned.
