franchise on the motor bias transportation in the City. The matter

eras authorized to �uy street sti:eeper to be paid for by ..arrant
due Feb. 1st., 1926.
Upon motion :rude by Mr. Poser and seconded by I.a?. Jones the Secretary

E. B. Speck upon delivery of deed thereto. It bein- stipuld.ted
therein that the City will waive objections to reservation of one-
half of mineral ri hts in favor of Miss Delia Wilkerson.
