March 17th., 1925.
City Commission met in especial meeting with the folloiilring present:
Mayor, F. jam. friend, Commissioners, o. 0. Jones, Geo. C. Oolffirth and R.
Blair, R. n. Sowder, �;it-T tittornejr, and Y. S. Ruby, City Mgr.
Mr. Barrow of the i4ati-anal Incinerator Co. was present with the bonds requested
of him by Mr. Sowder.
After examining bond and contract, it was duly moved -and seconded that Mr. Barrow
re -write bond and contract and file with the City for their apxroval.
It was duly moved and seconded tnat "'r. Ruby build settling tank for rater Dept.
at light plant.
(On a motion duly made and carried it was ordered that luayor and "it,-7secretary
onvey,on behalf of the City, Lot Bo. 4 -blk. 11"ubrock, Lubbock County, Texas
o Jno. Dalrymple for cash consideration of $7,6�.00.
By motion duly made and seconded, it was moved that the "ity do hauling for the
Clean Up Campaign. Secretary was instructec to write Mrs. Baugh regarding• same.
