Wollfarth, J. 0. Jones and R. W. Blair, E. A. Sowder, City Attorney and L. S. Ruby, City Iigr. Fainutes of meeting of Sept. 24th., 29th. Oct. 6th. and 7th. were re -ad and approved by unanimous vote. Ordinance No. 266 to prohibit running at large of domestic fowls of the City of Lubbock passed its first reading by unanimous vote. Upon motion made by Pr.
