Sept. 29th., 1924.
City Commission met in Special session with the following present:
Mayor, F. Friend, Commissioners, W. S. Posey, J. 0. Jones and Geo. C.
Wolffarth, R. A. Sowder, City Attorney and 33. Ruby, City Mgr.
The Mayor stated that the object of the meeting was to canvass returns
of election held on Sept. 27th.
Upon motion ma-. e b_- Mr. Pose:: and seconded by Mr. Jones the following returns
were approved by uiianimous mote.
On this day came on for hearing the report of the
officers holding a special election on September 27th,
1924, for the office of Commissioner No, 1, and it appear-
ing from a canvass thereof that

It therefore appearing that R. W. Blair
majority of all votes has received(
cast for said office. It is de-
clared that he is duly elected, as
the term Commissioner No. 1, for
ending in April, 1926, and that Secretary is In-
structed to enter on the minutes the r
epnrt of said election.
