City Commission met in speci&l sesaioii with the fol owinz present;
Ilayor P. iY. i,'riend, Co-ilnissioners, K. Posey and eo. C. �Wolffarth,
and !I. -.. Sowder, City attorney and Li. S. Ruby, I%ity Mgr.
h1r. Mctonald was be fore the Commission in regard to di-gcring of :Jell
5. He propose' to dig a 32 in. hole 200 Ft. deep, City to furnish
100 Ft. of cLsina and he would furnish the b�,lalice or cwsin� needed
for the price of $6800.00.
Upon motion made by 1,1r. Posey and seconded by L1r. holffarth the pro-
p.sition was accepted by unanimous vote.
Upon :notion :�,ar. Posey seconded by Lir. dol_ffarth, L'Ir. Ruby was
instructed to I ne and Bolder pump from Llr. Iric-''on�ld by unanimous vote.
1.,ir. Roberts and Mr. Ruby were instructed to Pet specifications on Tech sev'vers.
Mr. Robbins, committeeman from Ave. Q property owners,was present -rid stated
t lat the prop,�rty owners he.d signed up for more then 90% to _:ave the street
With brick on natural fou4.dation 20-20-20.
The Municix.-<.-1 Golf grounds were discussed and tlbled for further action.
There being no further busines6 the meeting adjourned.
