City Commission met iri special session with the following present:
Mayor, F. Priend, Comriissioners. ,Geo4. Wolffarth, R. ,. Sowder, City
Attorney and IA. S. Ruby, City Mgr. Mr. Love -':nd Mr. Roberts.
0. L. Peterman was before the Commission asking that 13th. at. be jogged
on P Ave. instead of Ave. 0. By motion made by h1r. Jiolffarth and seennded
by Mr. Posey 13th. St. was jogged on Ave. P. by unanimous vote.
Mr. Sowder was instru eyY o file suit on fir. Wilkinson and make him get
off of AoAth of School.
There being no further bus less the meeting adjourned.
