City Commissioner met in special session with the following present:
Mayor, F. R. Friend, Commissioners, J. 0. Jones and H. G. hove.
The Mayor stated that the object of the meeting was to advertise for bids
for the City depository, and it was moved by unanimous vote that the bank
that was awarded the contract be required to execute bonds in amount of
$200.000 which was in compliance with the law.
There being no further business, the meeting adjourned.
