City Commission met in continuation of regular session of July is t. with the following present. Mayor, F. R. Friend, Commissioners, H. G. Love and George C. Wolffarth. v Upon motion made by Purr. Love and seconded b./ Mr. Wolffarth Ordinance No. 261 passed first reaaing. Mr. Ruby was instructed to advertise for bids on water material for the proposed water improvements. It was moved by unanimous vote that )Jr. Ruby and Mr. Sowder get Sylvan Sanders to survey Gilliam's land and report to City Commission the amount to be required by the City. Upon motion made by Mr. Wolffarth and seconded by Mr. hove, the City being in need of a site for a new well, LIr. Ruby was asked to' buy property in northwest part of town in his name and sell to the City for the same consideration.
