City Commission met in regular session with the following present:
Mayor F. R. Friend, Commissioners, J. 0. Jones and George C. 17olffarth, and
M. S. Ruby, City 'Manager, and Chief of Police, B. A. Carter,.
Fred Joyce was before the Commission in regard to cancellation of his Plumbing
license. After some discussion the 6eeretary was instructed to issue a new
Plumbing license to Fred 7oyce for the usual fee.
It was moved t;7 unanimous vote that Idr. Montgomery be allowed to run a switch
track along east side Block 90 O.T. , he agreeing to open alley 20 feet wide.
Mr. Sowder was instructed to prepare Ordinance.
The meeting adjourned until Mondays Juhe 30th.
