City Commission met in regular session with the following present:
Mayor Friend, Commissioners 11. S. Posey and George C. Wolffarth, R. A. Sowder
City Attorney, and M. a. Ruby, City Manager, and Dr. Baugh.
Mayor stated that the object of the meeting was to purchase the hardware for
the City Hall, Upon motion made by P:Sr. Posey and seconded by Mr. Wolffarth
the contract waJ awarded to Myrick Hardware by unanimous vote.
The Plumbing license held by Fred Joyce was cancelled by unanimous vote of
Commission, he having not complied with Ordinance 486 of City Commission.
Upon motion made by Mr. Posey and seconded by Mr. Wolffarth, Mr. Ruby was
instructed to buy water pump from City of Big Springs,
The Mayor recommended that the City get busy and buy two well sites; one
in the Northwest and one in the Southwest part of town.
The Commission adjourned to meet on the 16th of Tune.
