For your legally issued g375,000.00 bonds of the City of Lubbock
Texas, authorized by vote of the people November 21,1923 bearing 51 per
cent interest, bonds dated May 1, 1924, and first interest payable April
10919259 and semi-annually thereafter on !Lpril 10 and October loth., due
serially oil the �?'360,000.00 Street Bonds �; 10,000.00 a year forthe last 36
years of the 40 years terra., and the 1$15,000.00 water bond due -�l 000 a year
for the last 15 years of the 40 year term. I offer you rar and .accrued in-

Dallas, lex�:s, after approval by the-ttorney General �.-nd registered by
Comptroller, The City to,print the bonds and furnish me with duly certified
copy of the record in each issue; Record to be approved by either Wood w Oakley
or Charles & Rutherford, at my option. Bonds to be paid for in ten days after
approval by the 6tate ,uthorities and my attorneys School Board waiver to be
secured.
