UitN, Commission met in special session with the following present:
H. Love, Commissioner No. 1 acting as mayor pro;tem, J. 0. Jones,
Geo. C. Wolf�arth W. S. Pose, and R. A. Solder, Cite Attorney, and
M• Ruby, ity Managers V7. Hedrick, Architect of Ft. Worth and
the entire citizens committee.
This being day set for bids on City Hall, some twenty contractors
were received and reported to the archetect for tabulation.
After careful consideration it was moved by unanimous vote that the
conti°act for General Oonstruction be awarded to Ramey Bros. of E1
Paso. The Plumbing and Heating contract was awarded to Young & Pratt
of Lubbock. Electric contract was awarded to Rigsbee Electric Co.
of Dallas.
J. Vd- Neves, contractor, being present, stated that the bid turned
in by him on the additional building at the light plant, should have
read $5800.00. lie stated that the stenographer made the mistake and
copied $5080.00. It was moved by unanimous vote that the Oity award
the contract to J. W. Neves for the amount of $5800.00.
There being no further business the meeting adjourned.
