April 9th., 1923.
The City Commission met in regular session with the following present:
Mayor, Percy Spencer, Commissioners, W. S. Posey, H. G. Love Geo. C.
Wolffarth, R. a. Sowder, CitT Attorney and Ruby, City Mgr.
Upon motion made by Mr. Posey seconded by Mr. Love,Mr. &W�m h wa instructe .
to prepare and sign contract with Lubbock Cotton Oil Co. for I

motion made by Mr. Posey seconded by Mr. Wolffarth the following proposal
was accepted by unanimous vote.
Hon. Percy Spencer, Mayor,
And Members of Cit7 Commission,
Lubbock, Texas,
Gentlmmen:-
I hereby submit proposal to make a thorough and complete audit
of all books, records and accounts of the Cit7 of Lubbock for the period be-
ginning April lst, 1922 and ended March 31st, 1923 and submit a well bound
typewritten report of my findings for the sum of $150.00 payable at the time
final report is filed and approved by the City Commission and City Manager.
