The City Commission met in Special meeting with the following present:
Mayor, Percy Spencer, Commissioners- J.9.3ones, Geo.C.Wolffarth and 6d.S.
Posey, M.S. Ruby, City Mg$•. and R.A.So4vder, City Attormey.
It appearing from the tax rolls for the year 1922 that there had been a
mistake in the valuation of the West Texas Hospital, assessed at $45.000.00
which on the first day of January 1922 there had only been $46,000.00 oft he
work completed, Gity assessing only 60%. the valuation for the year 1922 should
be $27 ,000.00.
It was moved by a unanimous v6te of the City Gommrrssion that the West Texas
Hospital pay taxes on $27,000.004F tie year 1922.

It was moved by a unanimous voteof the City Commission that the Secretary pay
Estimates of the Janes Gontracting Co., upon approval of Commissioner Posey
City Mgr. Ruby and the City Engineer Reddick
By a unanimous vote of the City Commission the time to pay 1922 taxes with
out penalty was extended to February 28th, 1923.
There being no futher business meeting adjourned.
