! City Coinriission met at a SPECIAL 1 ceting vrith the following present:
Mayor Percy Spencer, Commissioners H. G. Love, Geo. C. 'volfart, S. Posey, J.
0. Jones; R. A. So�,rder, City. Attorney, M. S. Rub T City Isianager.
Mr. Eggert, of the State Board of Health, was present and reco-Mended that the
City build a Disposal Plant large cncurE1-- to take care of tIe increased popula-
tion for five ;Nears, and su-gest:d that on his return trip back to Austin he
would write details as to requirements that would be needed for the construction
of the plant.
On motion made bT° I :P. Posey, seconded by Mr. lelffart, t'Le Secretary was instru.ct-
'ed.to notify all Engineers that the letting of the contract for engineers' services
would be August 16th.
