July 27th, 1922.
The City (brmission met in regular session with the following present:
M ayor, Percy Spencer, Commissioners, J.O.Jones, H.G.Love and Geo.C.Wolff.arth,
Minutes of meeting of July 14, 21 and 24th were read and approved by a
unanimous vote.
It was moved by Mr Jones, seconded by Mr. V3olffarth, to recondider the
proposition made to Ar,. W.A. Bacon in allowing him to build platform on
building situated on Lot 11 and 12 block 121 O.T. He to be notified to
appear before the Commission again in regards to same.
Mr. Thompson with the Fairbanks Morse and Go..Dallas, Texas was presnat
and by a motion made by Mr. Jones, seconded by Mr. Wolffarth i$otesbeing
unanimous, the Mayor was given authority to sign --contract with the Fair-
Bakks-Morse & Co. for another 200 H.P. Engine.

what he thought about the proposition, he st&ting'-that he would have to
look into the affair recommended that the proposition be tabled for the
present.
It was moved by Per. Love seconded by Mr. Jones. that the City pay one half
the cost of exl�a.ting the ditch built by the x.R.Co. Along the Right of
way said amount to be $443.34, said motion passed by a unanimous vote41
Mr. Love was given authority to make contract for grading $air nark road
the county to pay hall of the cost, by a unanimous vote of the commission.
