The City Commission met in Special keeting wi th t he folloti,I n�. present:

and W.S.Posey, R...Sowder, City Attorney, aid %,Z.S..Ruby,City N1gr.
R.B.De`r9itt of the Fickett & DeWitt :auditing I'trm was present with the
report oft he audit of the City books from 1917 tp January 31st, 1922.
and by a motion made by Mr. Jones, secondeo by Mr. Wolffarth the report
was received by a unanimous vote. The Secrretary was authorized to
pay him t he contract price which was t1000.00.
Upon motion made by Mr. �7olffarth sec6nded by 1, r. Jonas, the secretary
was authorized to have the br&if published, said moron passed by a unan-
imous vote.
There being no futher business meeting adjourned.
