The City uom_mission met at a regular meeting with the following
present; L.H. Sim7-,som, mayor rro-tem, Co,..missioners, Ueo.C. erolffa.rth, J.U.
Hones and uu.a. Posey, M.a. Huby, uit;,r Ygr.
Mr. Bush was before the dity uommission in regards to the City
putting a sewer main to Lot 16 block 13,2 0.,.e. he Commissioners discussing
the matey tho,arghly, the roposition was table by a motion made by Mr.rosey
seconded by Mr. Bones, vote unanimous.
The unpaid Taxes for the .year 1921 were discussed and by a motion
made by Mx. nosey, seconded by r,ir. cones, vote beinrT unanimous, the Secretary
was kVi*1'*authori to charge a penalty of 101/o on tt the 16th dqy ;of°
. March 1922. _
Upon a motion made by Mr. !-Volffa.rth, seconded by iN1r. cones, Ordinance
No. 201 tection 2*ad apyealed thereby leaving out Block 87, said Motion passed
bya. unanimous vote.
By a motion made by Mr. oolffa,rth, seconded by Mr. Jones, vote being
unanimous, the southwest Corner Block 87 u.T. was leased to the Ohamber of
Commerce of the City of Lubbock, Texa:> for a term of 5 years with out pay for
the benifit of erecting a public auditorium for the "ity of uubtiock.

The apt lication of Bob Hurst, J.L.Price and J.M. Bulloch were read
and tIr.-Ruby was given the authority to select one for the Truck Driver at the
fire stattion.
Mr. Ruby was given authority to buy another pump for the Cess Poll.
Upon motion made by Mr. Jones seconded by Iir. nosey, the SecretIry-
was ordered to have the Abstract on the Dump Ground property brought down to date
and turn o r to '4.k. Ames.
There heing no f1ther business, meeting adjourned.
