GENTLEMEN :
We understand the Vity Attorney holds ther,) is a doubt as to validity
of paving Certificates issued before the entire street against which assessed is
completed.
If the City will issue same against the iroperty in each completed
block per our request, we will save the City Harmless of all cost and expenses
should any action be begun, or plea made, to cancel on such account.
